This is a tribute to "Vito" who was one of the best dogs I have ever owned. I was known by other people as the girl who owns that big red dog that hits like a train. What most people appreciated about him was his working ability but I appreciated the entire dog. He was social with everyone he met, I took him to kids fairs and let all the kids love on him. He stayed in the house uncrated for up to 14 hours. I always felt safe with that big lug around. He was also the most entertaining dog, he was constantly making me laugh with his antics, expressions and overall goofiness. He was bred by Risen Star Kennel USA, then sent to Holland as a pup, trained in KNPV to his PH I by Tino Kleine Schaars (Risen Star Holland) then sent back to the US where he lived with me in three different states. | PSA 1 OPEN- Took first place and
titled with 276 points on 27 February 2005 in Las Vegas, NV with Lamont
Houston as the judge.
PSA 1 OPEN Nationals- Took second place in September in Baltimore,MD. He scored 92 points in Obedience (highest in the whole trial) and 185 points in protection (highest in our level). He had the highest score by far but because he failed one scenario he took second place. He scored a near perfect courage test and passed with highest distinction and passed two other scenarios with high distinction. 277 points overall, I am so proud of him! PSA 2- 1st place in Salt Lake, Donovan K9 and LIPD but still no title! |

| Competed in the 1st Annual Sirius Spring Invitational - All breed K9 performance event on May 26th and 27th in Alpharetta, GA. Vito took first place in the Advanced category and also won the hardest hitting competition. |
